As GSD&M's Chief Inclusion Officer, Keisha is responsible for fostering inclusivity across everything we do as we continue building First & Only brands. Keisha has extensive account leadership experience, and most recently led diversity and cultural marketing for BMW of North America. She is responsible for reimagining BMW’s multicultural marketing approach by creating an overarching strategic platform to support the growth of younger and more diverse consumers as well as forming partnerships that increased the brand’s cultural relevance. Keisha currently sits on the board of local nonprofit, E4 Youth, whose mission is to provide opportunities in creative and tech for the Black and Latinx communities
