Katie credits her competitive nature to a 1991 hot-dog-eating competition. Seven frankfurters later, she took home the junior high championship trophy, and
her love of winning was forever solidified.
Three decades later, Katie is the Global Chief Marketing Officer for independent agency network No Fixed Address, Inc., driving triple-digit growth for the trio of agencies (Mischief, No Fixed Address and Courage) within the portfolio in the last year alone.
Prior to joining NFA, Katie was the Chief Marketing Officer for Publicis Group’s U.S. creative agencies, including Leo Burnett, Fallon, Saatchi & Saatchi, Team One, Turner Duckworth, Arc Worldwide and Le Truc, Publicis’ center of excellence for creativity. During her tenure she helped Publicis Groupe bring in more than $200 million in net new revenue through marquee client wins such as Unilever, Bank of America, CVS Health, Aetna. ALDI and others.
Katie’s storied marketing career kicked off with stops at Leo Burnett, Barkley and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where she helped Burger King become “Marketer of the Decade” by AdAge. She later helped launch start-up content agency The Abundancy which was sold to Publicis in 2017. Katie joined the holding company soon after as Leo Burnett’s CMO.
Katie has been the keynote speaker for Accenture’s International Women’s Day global event in addition to the keynote speaker for the Walgreens Boots Alliance “Breaking the Bias” global summit. She has been named a “Woman to Watch” by AdAge, a “40 Under 40” by Crain’s, and “Mom of the Year” by her dogs, Maui and Mars.
