Andrew began his career at Catapult as a Business Development Representative and quickly rose to the challenge of servicing clients as a Business Development Director. During his time as a BDD, he successfully serviced agencies of all disciplines ranging from 10-20 person creative and digital shops to large agency holding companies. He has a passion for transforming agencies and pushing boundaries, constantly competing for more results.
After driving millions of dollars in new revenue for his agencies, he then transitioned into his current position as Director of Client Engagement. He focuses on utilizing his agency knowledge and strategy to consult marketing services companies on innovative new business approaches, vastly impacting their growth potential.
