Managing Director

Lindsay’s broad depth of experience positions her to uniquely helm operations at Big Spaceship; from scaling teams and workflows, to recruitment, new business efforts, and overseeing culture. Her career has spanned across digital, experiential production, project management, fully integrated portfolio management — and everything in between, at both independent shops and large holding companies, as well industry adjacent places like the Austin Film Festival. She applies a relentless rigor to ensure everything is purposeful and grounded in best practices, but equally, she looks to challenge the status quo, and outcomes for the range of work and clients at Big Spaceship. For example, she removed the age-old timesheet model and rolled out a crew capacity model so everyone could spend less time thinking about the hours spent on a project and more time focusing on the “aligning, thinking and making” for the agency’s clients. When not managing the consultative, creative, and product workflow at Big Spaceship, Lindsay loves to travel with family and friends, skiing in Colorado, and her dog, Bosley.

We’ve pulled together a group of industry leaders who have built flexible operations – able to scale their agencies up and down, based on the ebb and flow of client work. They’ll discuss the systems they’ve built, the resources and assets they now have in place, and how freelance talent is effectively sourced and managed in a rapid fashion.

Ultimately, the goal is to make their operations more nimble, responsive and profitable.

We’ve also augmented the group with two industry experts, who will provide a perspective on their work with hundreds of agencies.
