With over 30 years of experience in account service and new business development, Senor Partner Duffy Humbert has a unique perspective when it comes to understanding agency-client relationships.  She can tell you in a heartbeat what makes relationships click and what can make them fall apart. It’s what happens when you have an amazing resume like Duffy’s – 10 years as Managing Partner and Director of Account Services at TBWA/Chiat/Day.  Here, Duffy played lead on Infiniti, ABC and Taco Bell.  She also did a major stint at Deutsch, where she contributed significantly to their new business record while simultaneously running the Old Navy, Coors, and Helio accounts. The California native started her career at Eisaman, Johns & Laws before moving to Dentsu, and later RPA, gaining experience working with automotive, entertainment, fast food, fashion, finance and telecom clients. Duffy doesn’t just talk the talk when it comes to understanding what drives traffic and business growth – she walks the walk as the co-owner of a food retail franchise. As a Senior Partner at SelectResources International, Duffy oversees the Agency Subscriber program while simultaneously managing client searches.

SRI: Search Consultant Meet & Greet (In-Person Only)

For those joining us in Kansas City, come together with a small group of agency leaders to meet Duffy Humbert of SelectResources International (SRI).

SRI is one of the largest search consultants, managing competitive reviews for many of the best client brands in the world.

In a more casual setting at the event, this will be a rare opportunity to meet face-to-face, introduce your agency and spend time engaging a major search consultant on how best to work with them. After introductions, time will be spent learning the latest best practices for making search consultants a key part of your new business pipeline.

Discussion Format:
This will be an open Q&A discussion format with 15 Mirren Live attendees. After a brief round of introductions, you’ll be able to ask the search consultant any question as it relates to working with them, new business strategy, and more.

Seating is limited and will fill up fast (some within a day or two). On May 3rd, registered in-person attendees were notified by email to select and sign up for the two search consultant Think Tanks. Only 1 person per agency may join each Think Tank.

This group of leading matchmakers will share what’s currently in their pipelines – and what's ahead for agencies. They’ll discuss the makeup of client requests, including budget sizes, client objectives, agency capabilities, and the volume of opportunities. Importantly, they’ll provide their take on the opportunities for smaller versus larger agencies.

Time will be provided for audience Q/A and we’ve invited them to join the Cocktail Reception.
